Great week Danica! When I read your Sunday workout of a 45 minute walk, I was reminded of just how important walking can be. So instead of a run today, I am going to do a walk. :)
Great arm workout!
I LOVE going for walks–it’s honestly my absolute favorite exercise. I can’t wait for Spring so that I can go for walks each evening again!
The stairmaster is rough, you go girl!
it just never. gets. easier.
I love reading your workout recap posts. You’ve run a lot this year so far! I’m also tracking my miles, but since I have to run mostly indoors right now, my mileage is way low. Not a fan of the treadmill or running in freezing weather outside!
Congrats on your 3rd half! I’m sure you’ll do amazing!
Oh I know!! I haven’t been able to run outside since, well, November maybe? It’s starting to really make me crazy. Oh well, we just do the best with what we have right?! :)
Sounds like a solid workout week! Nice job :)
Thanks, Cori!
I love to read your workout recaps. They give me good inspiration for my workouts, and I can normally find something that I have the ability to do right that second, giving me no excuse to wait around. Thanks!
That just makes me smile :)
So glad you love them!
