I really don’t have much to say about this week’s workouts except that it was a great week! I ran 13 miles, which is *enough* but not too much for this point in the year (less than a month before training starts!), and I thought I did a great job of mixing in a lot of variety with a necessary amount of rest.
Miles ran so far in 2013 –> 75

Wow, lots of variety this week! I tried a yoga routine I found on Pinterest, but it wasn’t really relaxing nor did it feel like a workout. I’m thinking of starting Yoga Meltdown again too since that one really feels like a good workout. Thanks for the reminder :)
I just love that yoga video, and I probably sound like a broken record about it because I’ve said that so many times, but it’s always good! You’ll have to give it another go :)
So much fitness! This week my workout consisted of cheerleading…one night. Errr…better step it up!!
Some weeks are always going to be better than others, but all you have to do is just do the best you can, girl!
Nice variety! That always keeps it fresh and interesting.
thanks! I have to change things up all the time or I’ll get bored with it, which is obviously not motivating in any way :)
I did your leg workout this morning! I liked it a lot! I definitely felt the burn(:
nice!! I’m glad you liked it! I miss working out with you.
(plus I love hearing feedback on the workouts I post, thanks! :)
