Meh, not a great week.  at all.  But with all of the holiday craziness (the good kind of craziness), it’s been difficult to balance it all and still get in a quality workout.  The next few days won’t make that easy either, but this happens only once a year!  Just aiming to fit in what I can…

Upper Body Strength Training plus Core work

5-mile Run (sprint/jog intervals…42:24)
5-minute cool-down Walk

Wednesday, December 19th
this circuit workout x2
lower ab attack workout

Thursday, December 20th
upper body strength training + core workout
living room circuit workout

Friday, December 21st
rest day

Saturday, December 22nd
5-minute warm-up Walk
in 66 minutes: 2-mile + .5-mile Walk, .5-mile Run (repeated)
5-minute cool-down Walk
