(what a ridiculous post title…I actually made myself laugh…yeesh…)
It was a pretty good day! Lots of fruit, a decent amount of veggies (plans to improve that today), and some other goodies too (whole-grains, nuts, etc.).

the following is my food journal from Tuesday, January 15th

a bowl of hot oats: 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats + 2/3 cup water + pumpkin* + chia seeds* + shelled hemp seeds* + cinnamon + 1 egg* + a pear* + a scoop of chunky peanut butter
carrots, celery, and pita chips with hummus
a banana that I dipped in almond butter
p.s. my roses are still looking beautiful! they also still smell fantastic.
