Great eats! That Lentil veggie Mac looks amazing!! :)
I highly recommend it! It has a ton of veggies in it, and it’s great because you can use really any veggies you want, fresh or frozen.
I love your two part lunch – lunch is great spread over several meals hehe. And hummus is so good :)
I always have dessert, though it tends to be fruit (usually apples). But in an evening I need to have a sweet treat so will probably have some dark chocolate or sweets.
My go-to dinners are usually something with chicken and roasted vegetables I reckon. Or scrambled egg!
Nothing like ending your day with a piece of chocolate :)
I don’t really have a schedule for when I eat dessert, but I do make sure that my more indulgent treats are on the weekends. I may enjoy a small cookie a few days during the week, but big, Sprinkles Cupcakes-Sized cupcakes wait til the weekend.
I’ve never has a Sprinkles cupcake before…sad right?!
Wow, everything looks awesome! I especially love your oats (so pretty!) and the banana bread. I may actually make myself some later today.. you’ve got me thinking now.. :)
On another note, I had no idea you were from MN! I was just looking at the HLB site, and there you were right under my name! That’s so awesome!
Can you believe the temps for next week? disgusting. (yep, bringing up the weather ;) )
Have a good Wednesday!!
Oh funny! We live now in southeastern MN–and yes, the temps are supposed to be NASTY soon! My husband and I went out for a long walk yesterday after work to enjoy it and plan to again this morning before the weather gets gross.
yay!!! now i want to make more mac and cheese :)
I don’t have dessert a lot. I crave a sweet in the afternoon. Go to dinners are pita pizzas around here! With lots of veggies on top.
Pizzas are a go-to for us around here too! And garbage bread. yum.
ooh, dessert comes occasionally for me ;) And nothing like a good roast veg salad to eat for dinner! :)
That mac and cheese sounds super yummy!
I definitely eat dessert way more than I should: usually a piece of chocolate after lunch and as a snack, and then something like fro yo or a cookie after dinner. I guess live life to the fullest, right? ;-)
Yep, I’m all for dessert :)
And I’ll highly recommend trying the mac & cheese!
My favorite go to dinner is Annie’s white cheddar shells, broccoli, and chicken sausage all mixed together. I love it so so much and it’s so easy!
I haven’t had Annie’s shells in soooo long. You should try adding stewed or diced tomatoes and fresh basil in — delicious.
One of my favorite kinds of chocolates is dark chocolate with orange pieces, but with the lack of that orange + dark chocolate sounds like the bomb!
PS stands for post script, so PSS should really be PPS (post post script).
Not sure how I know this.
you’re just so smart, husband.
