french toast breakfast
so easy to make (I used 1 organic egg mixed with a little almond milk and cinnamon, 2 slices of organic whole-wheat dipped and then cooked stove-top on a skillet greased with organic coconut oil; topped with almond butter, banana slices, chia seeds, cinnamon, and pure maple syrup)
woke up to snow! (and a winter storm…)
somehow this is our first snow of the year? Minnesota weather is so messy.
10-miler
definitely felt that “runner’s high” today!
meal planning for the week
met up with a friend at Caribou for a drink and to chat
(I got my favorite–sparkling peach black tea–just in case you were dying to know ;)
I found this at Target!!!
grocery shopped for the week
yes, I eat this stuff right out of the jar with a giant spoon, which is obviously to scoop out every last bit from the bottom.

shoveling is definitely a workout…we didn’t get nearly as much snow here as you guys did!
What a great Sunday! Yay for runners high after a great run =) =)
yes! it had been quite a while since I had that feeling from it so it was definitely welcomed :)
Ooh well done on the 10miles! Nice time :)
I love the sound of your breakfast. I never make french toast but I really should (we call it eggy bread hehe).
I don’t even know the last time I’d had french toast either…definitely rare but may need to happen more often. It’s delicious!
Looks like a marvelous weekend! Good eats, a run, time with friends, and TJ’s… All are winners!
it was great! I love those kinds of laid back weekends, especially nice before the craziness of Christmas is here :)
Sounds like a perfect day to me!
Great pictures Danica! I can’t wait for it to snow here! Panera salad dressing??!! What a great find. :)
Look at that snow! I would’ve worked out on the treadmill, too :)
AND it was about 15 degrees outside (before the wind). I’ll take the treadmill over that any day :)
