{new} track circuit workout!

Last night at the gym I experimented with a circuit workout around the track.  I picked a corner where I laid out a mat with a weighted training ball and did the following sprint/core workout.  It didn’t take long but it definitely had me working up a serious sweat!  It actually a lot of fun, too.

If you don’t have a track available, or prefer to go a different route, you could easily do this using a treadmill or running outside.
