{new} track circuit workout!

Last night at the gym I experimented with a circuit workout around the track.  I picked a corner where I laid out a mat with a weighted training ball and did the following sprint/core workout.  It didn’t take long but it definitely had me working up a serious sweat!  It actually a lot of fun, too.

If you don’t have a track available, or prefer to go a different route, you could easily do this using a treadmill or running outside.

Give it a go and let me know what you think!


How are you moving today?
I plan to get a run in at the gym later this morning!

What a great workout! I was actually able to get on the treadmill after being sick for over a week!! Ran two miles! :)

ahhh what an awesome routine! It’s simple yet effective, I can tell. Oh man you’re tempting me to do crunch type stuff and run like crazy even though I kinda can’t right now due to pregnancy, lol. And you have a gorgeous lil blog! :D
