Tuesday:  Toasted Veggie Wraps and homemade Sweet Potato Fries

Wednesday:  B-for-D (pancakes/waffles and eggs)

Thursday:  Sweet Potato Black Bean Quesadillas

Friday:  wing-it

Saturday:  leftovers

The toasted veggie wrap sounds so good! I had one this past week, and am sooooo craving another! My go to dinners would probably be either a sandwich or a salad. Boring, but it’s quick ‘n easy!

My go-to dinner is an easy soup (tonight I’m making a really simple chocolate chilli) or roasted chicken and vegetables.

Lentil Veggie Mac & Cheese sounds really good!

Our go to dinner are pasta with veggie sausages, tacos, and paninis! I’m making lentil stew right now but that veggie lentil Mac & cheese caught my eye! :)

You should definitely try the lentil veggie mac & cheese–I pretty much follow the recipe on The Lean Green Bean’s blog. It’s fantastic.

big salads and greek yogurt is my go to dinner cause the hubby is in night school. i tend to eat dinner alone:(

Those quesadillas sound delish!

Our go-to dinners include breakfast & chicken with rice & veggies! My husband looooves chicken, rice & veggies lol :)
