1. I love the latest addition to our fridge:
2. J and I are seriously looking for a treadmill to buy…any suggestions? about specific brands or stores? (I’m so excited about owning one I can hardly stand it.)
3. I’m in love with this blog and these 2 posts:
7 Reasons Why I Can’t Get on Board with the Paleo Diet <–I agree with every single reason
4. We finally got some frames up in our living room this past week, and I love them!
5. I’m still sore from that workout I did Wednesday morning…still very sore. It’s legit.
6. There’s been snow on the ground here for almost a week now! I hate winter, as I’m sure I’ve mentioned a time or two ;) but for whatever reason, having at least a little snow on the ground makes the cold temps just a little bit more bearable.
7. I read these verses earlier this week and just loved them:
“And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow–not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below–indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.” –Romans 8:38-39
8. I wish you all a relaxing weekend!

I have no idea, as far as treadmills go, but I would love to own one too! My husband’s parents have an extra one in their basement, and he’s trying to tell them that we’ll take it off of their hands once we have a house :).
That would be awesome if you could just have theirs for a while!
My husband and I both just know we would happily walk and read/watch tv when home during the evenings instead of sitting around doing those things, so we’d love to have one asap!
Oh your collage of photos turned out great!! Have a fabulous weekend dear xoxo
Thanks girl! You too!
I just read those two posts you linked to. Love them! Thanks for sharing.
Really cute frames! I really need to get my wedding photos up someday too. Happy Friday!
Gosh, we got married in June and I still haven’t ordered any pictures (besides these frames) or made books of our pics :/
Great post! I really love that verse, it’s one of my favorites. Hope you have a relaxing weekend to Danica!
The part about worries really resonates with me–I’m a terrible worrier and have to be reminded that it does no good!
Beautiful verses! Yes, I love Heather’s blog too and resonated with her Paleo thoughts. I’m jealous you’re looking for a treadmill! We’re hoping to get one sometime in the next year… I have no idea where to start, so I’ll be curious to hear what you decide on. :)
I’ll definitely blog about it once we choose one!
Have a great weekend, Laura!
Loved this post! Thanks for sharing the Paleo link! I have been thinking about trying the Paleo diet for a while now. Have a nice weekend!
*Now I know more about it (I will be sticking to normal food!)
Glad you liked it! I think there are some really good factors that come along with the Paleo diet, but there are just too many things about it I can’t get on board with…I’m reading the book ‘It Starts With Food’ right now, which is about the Whole30 eating method (basically Paleo), and while I’m not interested in eating exactly that way, it makes some good points. I’ll be doing a review of it once I’m done reading it!
The frames look great! The different sizes and placement looks so cool! I wanted to look at them up close :)
Yesterday i did your “not mean just ambitious” leg workout and it WAS ambitious and it WAS also mean! haha
I enjoyed it and am totally feelin’ it today. I have a strange feeling that my legs will get more sore as the day wears on, but that’s ok, cuz you did in fact warn us about that.
I read a lot of blogs and I use a lot of their workout suggestions but yours fit my level and ADD problem (ha) the best. Thanks. I also totally love the nice mixture of food, workouts, teaching (i’m one of those) and spirituality that you deliver! Thank you
Janice, you are so sweet….thank you for all that you said!
I especially love what you said about my workouts :) I have to keep mine changing and moving all the time or I too get so bored! And when I’m bored with any workout either I just don’t want to do it or I don’t get much out of it. I like to keep my body guessing (and my mind distracted) I guess! Hope you’re having a great Sunday!
