  1. Yum! I love the ease of this recipe AND I can have all the ingredients! Yay!

Definitely pinning & making this soon :)

    • I made up a batch of granola today & it was SO GOOD! I enjoyed a big bowl with blueberries & flax milk. The only changes I made were chia instead of flax & maple syrup instead of honey. I also added a sprinkle (ok, ok, more like a pour) of cinnamon because I’m addicted ;)

I am looking forward to trying out different flavor combinations soon! Thank you, thank you! :)

      • Yay! So glad you liked it :) And yes, I love that about granola! Every time I make it I change it up a bit, but at least this recipe gives everyone a platform :)
        Have a great day, Heather!

  2. That definitely does sound good! Adding it to the to do list :)

  3. Yum, yum, bring some to Christmas “graze day” please!

  4. Great recipe, Danica! Love coconut granola.

  5. Yum! I love making my own granola! My favorite is a chocolate chip peanut butter granola but this sounds delicious! Anything with coconut is a win for me!

My husband & I are heading out on a cross-country move this week, so I made up another batch of this yummy granola for the drive! I kept everything the same as before, except this time I subbed sunflower seeds for the almonds, used a LOT more coconut & added vanilla! It’s in the oven now & smells fantastic!
