Yoga Challenge Week 3 Update
This past week I completed 3 sessions of yoga (exactly my goal), one being the day before the race and one the morning after (today). There’s no doubt in my mind that yoga helped my running–it feels so good to stretch out (today it was a “hurts so good” sort of feeling) and it’s definitely beneficial for my muscles.
One more week in this challenge and I have every intention of completing 3 more yoga sessions.

Did anyone else race this weekend? If so, how’d it go?
