This is a great core workout Danica! Something I need to concentrate on…My core isn’t very strong.
I ended up being asleep by 9:30 last night and up at 4:30! That was nice!

Yes, I hate working my core but whenever I do I not only feel better (stronger, leaner) but I can tell I’m a better runner too!
I’m going to try to add this to my workout routine. :)

I need at least one abs routine for my January workout plan. I just finished this workout, and man – it was so hard! I feel like my abs are going to be sore for daaayyys from that! Forearms planks are the hardest for me. Whew!
Yay! Glad it was tough :) I did it again today after my run and my abs were burning too. I love when workouts are quick but effective (especially core workouts since they’re my least favorite to do) so I’m glad it’s good!
Oooh, this is perfect timing. I am planning to get abs in tonight… going to try this. Thanks!
